 Very pleased 2010-09-05 Used this printer now for a few months and what can I say other than I am very pleased so far (I say so far which is why I only give it 4 stars and not 5) I bought this printer wanting it to do the usual stuff a printer should (Well print for a start and scan) But also with the added bonus of printing off a good quality photo. I have to say so far I have not been disappointed. I have used HP photo paper and even the cheaper variety and the photos have come out a treat. True, especially the HP photo paper ones seem to take a bit longer to dry but the quality of the print is excellent and is pretty much no different than what you would get in the shop the added bonus here being you can pick and choose what you want and what size you want. You can also play around with the picture size, brightness etc on your own PC. The SD memory card option is a great little touch that I really like as it can save you having to store photos on your computer. You simply pop the card into your printer and view what you want to print. The printer doesn't eat up as much ink as you would think and one cartridge would probably get you through about 40 or more normal sized colour photos and a few other documents. Very easy to set up and very easy to use. Great options for photos also in the software (Though 6x8 is one I found missing) But all in all I cant complain about this. | ||

 HP Photosmart C4780 2010-08-22 This is an excellent printer offering good value for the price. The setup is very straightforward and doesn't take very long. I use the printer in a home wireless network and once it had been configured using the USB cable the printer established itself with the minimum of fuss. The printer downloads the network settings during setup and this means that there is no need to enter wireless keys, etc. I would recommend this printer for the home situation. | ||
